Terms and Conditions
1. This exclusive privilege is reserved solely for ONYX Rewards members, who are required to present their membership on the day of car pickup.
2. Special rates are accessible when booking through the website www.hertzthailand.com or by walk-in at the branches, and this special privilege is subject to vehicle availability at that time.
3. Booking and travel periods: March 1, 2024 - August 31, 2024.
4. This exclusive privilege is designated with Promo Code: HONYX24. Guests need to enter this code when booking on www.hertzthailand.com or walking in at the branches.
5. This privilege is applicable only for the Pay Now payment option.
6. The privilege encompasses basic insurance coverage (CDW), one additional driver, unlimited mileage, and 7% (VAT).
7. A deposit of 5,000 Baht will be authorized on the day of car pickup, in addition to the rental fee.
8. This exclusive privilege does not include insurance coverage for Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), Tire Waiver (TW), Theft Protection (TP), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), and additional services. These can be purchased through www.hertzthailand.com and at Hertz Thailand branches nationwide.
9. This privilege cannot be combined with other promotions.
10. The privilege is non-transferable, non-changeable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted into cash.
11. For changes made through the Call Center, customers should notify at least 48 hours in advance, incurring a service fee of 200 Baht per change. The company reserves the right not to refund in any case.
12. A Weekend Charge fee (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) of an additional 200 Baht per day applies.
13. The rental period of one day equals 24 hours. Exceeding this by 1 hour incurs an additional charge of 25% of the regular rental fee. If exceeding 4 hours, the charge will be for 1 day of the regular rental fee.
14. For returning rental cars to different branches:
- The company reserves the right to refuse returns to different branches for rentals of 3 days or less.
- For rentals of 3 - 4 days, a service fee will be charged based on the specified distance.
- For rentals of 5 days or more, no service fee will be charged, except for Nan and Phitsanulok branches, which will incur service fees for all cases.
15. All terms and conditions are subject to the regulations set by Hertz Car Rental (Thailand), and the company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.

The "up to 40% off standard rate" promotion serves as a general indication, and the specific discount applied may be subject to change without prior notice. We recommend reviewing the terms and conditions of the promotion for further details. By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and accept that the level of discount is at the discretion of Hertz Car Rental (Thailand).
18. Accident Responsibility: ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. or its affiliates will not respond to any cases of accidents, including but not limited to damages to vehicles or injuries to guests, that occur during the stay.
19. Insurance Responsibility: Guests are advised to secure their insurance coverage to protect against any potential accidents or damages during their stay. Hertz Thailand and its guests acknowledge that ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. does not provide any insurance coverage in such instances.
20. Exclusion of Liability: ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. or its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with accidents, whether related to car damage or guest injuries.
21. Indemnification: Hertz Thailand will not make any claims to ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. or its affiliates in any case where a guest causes damage to a car or is involved in an accident.
22. Notification Requirement: In the event of an accident, guests are required to promptly notify Hertz Thailand and follow any procedures or protocols established by Hertz Thailand to address the situation. Failure to notify Hertz Thailand may impact the resolution of the matter.
