As you continue your voyage with us, you’ll not only draw nearer to a complimentary stay, but also uncover a treasure trove of exceptional privileges crafted exclusively for you.

 

To match status with ONYX Rewards, please select one hotel loyalty programme you would like to match with and submit the following documents:

  • A photo/PDF file of your membership card with selected programme with your name, membership ID, and tier status in English.
  • A photo/PDF file of the account overview page of the selected programme with your name, membership ID, tier status, etc in English.
  • A photo/PDF file of your tier status expiry date of the selected programme.
  • Provide a photo/PDF file of your stay records (past and future) at properties of the selected programme. 
  • Provide a photo/PDF file of your future qualifying future reservation at ONYX Rewards' participating hotels in English. Kindly note that only direct booking i.e. Member Rates is eligible for tier match. Ineligible stays and reservations made through a third party are not qualified. 
 

Upon completion of the above, we will proceed with your Status Match request consideration and get in touch with you within 14 working days regarding the result of the request. We reserve the right to consider tier match request as a case by case basis.
