Terms and Conditions

1. The discount is exclusively reserved for ONYX Rewards Members, who must present their membership on the day of car pickup.

2. ONYX Rewards Members receive up to a 45% discount from standard rates when renting a car from BIZCAR RENTAL. The discount rates are as follows:

  • 40% discount from standard rates: March 1, 2024, to April 30, 2024.
  • 45% discount from standard rates: May 1, 2024, to September 30, 2024.
  • 30% discount from standard rates: October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

3. Customers must be at least 23 years old and possess a valid Thai or international driving license.

4. Customers must have a valid credit card and a valid Thai ID card or passport.

5. The discount is applicable only to the following participating car models:

  • SEDAN SS: Toyota Yaris 1.2 or similar
  • SEDAN S: Toyota Vios 1.5 or similar
  • SEDAN MS: Toyota Altis 1.6 or similar
  • SEDAN MM: Honda Civic 1.8 or similar
  • SUV SS: Toyota Corolla Cross Sport 1.8 or similar
  • SUV SS HV: Nissan Kicks 1.3 or similar
  • SUV M: Toyota Fortuner 2.4 or similar

6. The discounted price includes no-deductible car insurance and VAT.

7. The discount is available at the following participating BIZCAR RENTAL branches: Suvarnabhumi Airport, Sukhumvit 18, Phuket, Hua Hin, Chiang Mai and Udon Thani

8. Customers are entitled to add one driver free of charge.

9. Customers must book a car at least 24 hours in advance.

10. The discount does not apply to any additional charges that customers may incur with BIZCAR RENTAL.

11. Customers must pick up and return the car at branches or airports; no onsite car delivery service is available.

12. Vehicle availability depends on the models available at each branch.

13. BIZCAR RENTAL reserves the right to cancel reservations that do not comply with the above conditions, with notification provided to customers at least 7 days in advance.

14. Other terms and conditions set by BIZCAR RENTAL shall apply. Please review these terms and conditions before renting.

15. Damage fees or compensation from customers in violation of the terms and conditions include the following:

  • Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) fee.
  • Fine of 5,000 THB (excluding VAT) for smoking inside the leased car or any smell of cigarette smoke.
  • Fine of 1,000 THB (excluding VAT) for booking cancellations or refusals to accept the car upon delivery.
  • Fuel charges plus service charge and VAT for failure to return the car with a full tank.
  • Responsibility for damages incurred during the rental period, including tire damages, engine fluid changes, and accidents.
  • Accident Responsibility: ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. or its affiliates are not liable for accidents, damages to vehicles, or guest injuries during the rental period.
  • Insurance Responsibility: Guests are advised to obtain their insurance coverage.
  • Exclusion of Liability: ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. or its affiliates are not liable for any damages connected to accidents.
  • Indemnification: BIZCAR RENTAL will not make claims against ONYX Hospitality (Thailand) Co. Ltd. or its affiliates for guest-caused damages or accidents.
  • Notification Requirement: Guests must promptly notify BIZCAR RENTAL in the event of an accident and follow established procedures.
