Terms and Conditions

- Earn 500 KrisFlyer miles for every qualifying stay. Eligible bookings include reservations made through dedicated links only with promo code “kf25”, and stays must be completed by December 31, 2025.

- KrisFlyer members must provide their KrisFlyer member ID at the time of booking in the "Additional Details and Preferences" field to qualify for the exclusive offers, otherwise, Best Flex rates at the time of check-in will apply.

- Full pre-payment for the total reservation value is required at the time of confirmation. The offer is non-refundable, non-amendable and cannot be transferred.

- Please ensure that your name on the reservation matches the registered name of your KrisFlyer member account.

- The KrisFlyer membership card or e-membership card on the KrisFlyer mobile application must be presented at check-in to qualify for special rates or Best Flex rates at time of check-in will apply.

- Points will be credited to the customer's KrisFlyer membership account only after the customer has checked out from the booked hotel(s), within 30 business days from the date of checkout completion.

- Rates vary depending on the selected hotel, and they can change at any time. Advertised rates may be higher or lower than advertised rates based on selected travel dates and are subject to availability.

- The rates may not be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts and are not valid for existing reservations or groups unless specified.

- Quoted room rates are per room per night, based on double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges, or resort fees (where applicable).

- Participating room types and minimum stay requirements may vary by hotel.

- Amari Vientiane and Y Hotel are currently unable to collect ONYX Rewards points until further notice.

- Blackout dates may apply without prior notice, and rates are not applicable during blackout dates.

- Upon check-in, please provide your ONYX Rewards membership number to the hotel to receive your accumulated ONYX Rewards points. ONYX Rewards members can earn full points when booking with an applicable reservation. ONYX Rewards points will be awarded to its members up to 30 days after check-out completion.
