Complimentary Night Structure:

  • 2 nights → Pay 1 night (1 complimentary night)

2. How to Redeem — Complimentary Room (SCB FIRST & SCB PRIVATE BANKING)

Step 1: Book by Email

  • Send your reservation request via direct email to the hotel at least 7 days before check-in. Contacts:
  • Include: guest name (must match with the name on SCB card), check-in/out dates, room type, number of guests, phone, and email
  • Reservations must be made offline only — online bookings are not eligible

Step 2: Hotel Confirms

  • You will receive a Confirmation Letter within 3 business days of your request (excluding public holidays)
  • 1 privilege per person per year, counted from the date of status upgrade, regardless of the number of cards held.
  • The hotel will confirm your eligibility before issuing the letter
  • Once eligibility is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation with the applicable rate
  • If the privilege has already been used within the current 12-month period, the hotel will advise you accordingly and offer the Member – Advance Purchase Rate instead
  • Please confirm your acceptance of the rate within 24 hours of receiving the proposal — unconfirmed bookings will be automatically released
  • Should you need to change or cancel, please do so at least 5 days before your arrival date to retain your privilege for future use

Step 3: Arrive & Verify

  • Present your physical SCB card (primary or supplementary) + valid ID card or passport
  • Names must match across all documents — reservation, SCB card, and ID Card
  • Confirm Rate Code PSCBWEBS appears in your reservation
  • Please ensure all documents are in order before arrival to avoid any rate adjustments at check-in

Step 4: ONYX Rewards Registration

  • Register for ONYX Rewards membership at the hotel Front Desk at the Lobby area (if not yet a member)
  • Complete the SCB status upgrade request
  • Your complimentary room will be arranged once both steps are complete.

Step 5: Enjoy Your Stay

  • Settle payment at check-in per the rate stated in the Confirmation Letter
  • Payment must be made using the eligible SCB WEALTH credit card registered under the same name as the reservation holder
  • ONYX Rewards points will be earned on paid nights only — complimentary nights are excluded

   

3. Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Offer valid exclusively for SCB PRIVATE BANKING and SCB FIRST cardholders (primary and supplementary) who have completed status-match registration. Upon registration, member benefits are granted immediately, while ONYX Rewards Platinum status will be updated in the system within 14–60 days.
  • Offer valid for SCB PRIME cardholders who have completed status-match registration. Upon registration, member benefits are granted immediately, while ONYX Rewards Gold status will be updated within 14–60 days. Complimentary room privilege is not included.
  • Cardholders must present physical SCB WEALTH credit card + valid ID card or passport — names must match across all documents
  • Registration period: 1 July 2026 – 31 December 2027
  • 1 complimentary room privilege per person per year, counted from the date of status upgrade, regardless of the number of cards held.

Reservation Conditions

  • Reservations must be made offline only via direct email to the hotel, at least 7 days before check-in
  • Reservations must be booked offline only under Rate Code: PSCBWEBS — online bookings are not eligible
  • Confirmation Letter will be issued within 3 business days (excluding public holidays)
  • Guest must confirm rate within 24 hours of receiving the rate proposal — otherwise the booking is cancelled automatically
  • Minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights and maximum stay of 4 consecutive nights per booking
  • Bookings may be made from 1 July 2026 onwards and must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the check-in date. All complimentary stays must be completed by 31 December 2027.Blackout dates apply — subject to room availability at time of booking
  • 1 privilege per person per year, counted from the date of status upgrade, regardless of the number of cards held.

Complimentary Night Calculation

  • 2 nights: Pay 1 night — 1 night complimentary
  • 3 nights: Pay 2 nights — 3rd night charged at full Member – Advance Purchase Rate
  • 4 nights: Pay 2 nights — 2 nights complimentary
  • The complimentary night value is calculated from the total room charge of the full consecutive stay, using the Member – Advance Purchase Rate as the reference rate. The total is averaged to determine the discount, which is then deducted from the total room charge
  • Room type: Suite and above at Amari Hua Hin or Amari Pattaya (SCB FIRST) · One-Bedroom Corner Prestige and above at Oriental Residence Bangkok (SCB PRIVATE BANKING)
  • Rate includes breakfast for 2 persons (or subject to room type)

Payment & Cancellation

  • Payment must be settled at check-in per the rate stated in the Confirmation Letter
  • Payment must be made using the eligible SCB WEALTH credit card registered under the same name as the reservation holder
  • Cancellation or amendment must be made at least 5 days before check-in
  • Cancellations or amendments made less than 5 days before check-in, or no-shows, will be treated as a redeemed privilege and cannot be reused within 12 months from the date of status upgrade
  • Additional charges (Room Service, F&B, taxes, service fees) are the sole responsibility of the guest
  • Guests are encouraged to ensure all documents are in order before arrival. If eligibility cannot be verified at check-in, the Member – Advance Purchase Rate will apply
  • ONYX Rewards points earned on paid nights only — complimentary nights are excluded. Points apply to room charges only

Restrictions

  • This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, package, or benefit of any kind
  • This privilege is non-transferable and may not be assigned, exchanged, refunded, offset, or converted into cash or any other benefit, whether in whole or in part
  • Club Lounge access* for staying guests only — not available to walk-in or non-staying guests  *Club Lounge access is available at selected properties only. Please check with the hotel directly for availability before booking. This benefit is applicable to direct bookings (Direct Booking) through ONYX Hospitality Group only, including the ONYX Rewards website, official hotel websites, and direct reservations with participating hotels. This benefit is limited to 1 room per Platinum membership card per stay. If more than 1 room is reserved under the same booking, the additional rooms will not be entitled to Executive Lounge or Club Lounge access, unless the room type already includes such access under its own terms and conditions.
  • Cannot be used on Blackout Dates — check with the hotel directly before booking
  • If the name on your SCB card does not match your ID due to a name change, please contact SCB WEALTH directly to obtain a supporting confirmation document before visiting the hotel. The hotel will require this documentation to verify your identity and process your privilege accordingly.

Dispute Resolution & Amendments

  • For matters relating to hotel operations, room availability, reservation management, or the complimentary room benefit, the hotel's decision shall be final.
  • For all other matters relating to this promotion, SCB's decision shall be final.
  • For matters relating to the benefits stated for Gold and Platinum members on SCB website and ONYX Rewards website, the benefits on ONYX Rewards website will prevail.
