How to redeem

Make sure you are a member of both ONYX Rewards and Give More+ Club. Both are free to join. New to Give More+ Club? Sign up via LINE only: add LINE OA @givemoreclub or tap Give More+ Club | LINE Official Account, then go to Member Card.
Before ordering, tell the restaurant staff you would like to use the ONYX Rewards privilege, and show your ONYX Rewards membership and your Give More+ Club membership on the Give More+ Club Web App.
Staff will confirm your privilege and item availability before taking your order.
Spend THB 1,600 or more in a single receipt (food and beverage, excluding VAT and service charge), and enjoy your complimentary dish.

This privilege is valid from 15 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 for members who hold both ONYX Rewards and Give More+ Club memberships, across all tiers.
A minimum spend of THB 1,600 per receipt is required, based on food and beverage value excluding VAT and service charge. The complimentary item does not count towards the minimum spend and is served at no charge.
One (1) complimentary item per qualifying receipt. The item depends on the restaurant brand where the spend is made.
Limited to one (1) redemption per member per visit. Bills cannot be split to redeem the privilege more than once.
Members must show both valid memberships and inform staff before ordering. If either membership cannot be verified at the time of ordering, the privilege cannot be applied on that occasion.
Valid for dine-in only at participating restaurants.
Limited to the first 500 redemptions on a first-come, first-served basis, allocated as 250 redemptions for MAGURO and MAGURO KAPPOU combined and 250 redemptions for HITORI SHABU. Once a brand's allocation is fully redeemed, the privilege will no longer be available at that brand.
The complimentary item is subject to daily ingredient availability. If the item is unavailable, members will be informed before ordering.
This privilege cannot be combined with other in-restaurant promotions.
The complimentary item cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full.

Give More+ Club members must provide their Give More+ Club member ID at the time of booking in the "Additional Details and Preferences" field to qualify for the exclusive offer; otherwise, Best Flexible Rate at the time of check-in will apply.
Please ensure that your name on the reservation matches the registered name of your Give More+ Club member account.
The Give More+ Club membership on the Give More+ Club Web App must be presented at check-in to qualify for the special rate; otherwise, Best Flexible Rate at the time of check-in will apply.
Full pre-payment for the total reservation value is required at the time of confirmation. The offer is non-refundable, non-amendable and cannot be transferred. This does not affect refunds required by applicable law, or where the hotel is unable to provide the confirmed accommodation.
Rates vary depending on the selected hotel and travel dates, and are subject to availability.
The rates may not be combined with any other promotions, offers or discounts, and are not valid for existing reservations or groups. Flash Sale and other limited-time offers are excluded.
Quoted room rates are per room per night, based on double occupancy, and do not include taxes, gratuities, incidental charges or resort fees (where applicable).
Participating room types and minimum stay requirements may vary by hotel.
Blackout dates may apply, particularly during high-demand periods, and rates are not applicable during blackout dates.
Upon check-in, please provide your ONYX Rewards membership number to the hotel to receive your ONYX Rewards points. Non-members may enrol at check-in. ONYX Rewards points will be awarded to members up to 30 days after check-out completion.
